Can the whole consultation be in Spanish in the Valley?+
Absolutely. From the first call to the day your plan is locked in, the entire session can be en español — and a bilingual family member is always welcome to join the call.
Does having both Medicare and Medicaid (dual eligible) change my options?+
It usually makes them better, not worse. Dual eligible plans in the Valley can include extra benefits — but they change year to year, so the plan that fit you last year may not fit in 2027. That review is exactly what I do, free of charge.
I live in Laredo but my kids help me with paperwork from another state. Can you include them?+
